These are the freak accidents that nobody intends, nobody expects, and it is sad. There are a number of things we do daily that could end in such horror (i.e. driving on the phone, while switching gears, biting into Portillos sandwich & changing lanes). There are a lot of people who witnessed this trauma, including family members. It is horrifying when your life is traumatically changed by some crazy, freak occurance.
I know.
that's true - and i was flippant. mea culpa.
but there are some natural rules of science that are pretty immutable, one of them being water is a terrific conductor for electricity.
