she says ... separating religion and politics is "wrong because God is the one who chooses our rulers."

... Wow. We may as well abolish democracy now. she would've loved "Divine Right" back in the day. However, if I remember correctly it was HER who chose the current ruler. She must think pretty highly of herself!

i don't even know what to say to these kinds of things anymore...

i mean, can people like harris imagine what our society would look like if we actually turned our world into a theocracy?

what would happen to people aren't christian? would we have state sponsored religion? what would happen to civil rights? what would happen to individual freedoms? what would happen to our freaking constitution?

or is she imagining a monarchy?

(and is it such a small coincidence that the man who wrote so thoroughly on the divine right of kings also translated the bible that just so happens to express this right? just askin'.)

Bush's Gift Horse has Hoof in Mouth, again!

Hello all,

This gets to the root of the problem of deluded and greedy politicians who seek to impose their own ignorance on millions of others. Because of our reliance on money, politics, and religion, we are teetering on the verge of worldwide disaster. Idiots like Ms. Harris couldn't care less about everyone else as long as they get their hands on wealth and power, even if it means pretending to serve the Creator. It is long past time that people stand up for truth and justice and give these scoundrels their due.

Peace...

Almost makes you forget that Harris played a big part in disenfranchising nearly 90,000 voters in the 2000 election in Florida. I guess sinning to get "Christians" elected is better than non-Christians legislating sin.

Well, clearly Katherine Harris could tell Jesus a thing or two. I mean, where does that guy get off with his "render unto Ceasar what is Ceasar's...." Thank God that God imparted his real wishes to Ms Harris, so that she could communicate them to us. I'll bet that makes her feel really special, too.
